We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team and oversee the construction and installation of our products at various sites.
As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of the construction team, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards. You will monitor the progress of construction sites, schedule deliveries of materials and equipment, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a safe working environment.
The ideal candidate for this role has a strong background in construction supervision, preferably within the furniture or home decor industry. You should have excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to effectively manage a team and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will help us deliver our products with the utmost precision and quality.

Responsibilities :
Oversee and coordinate daily operations at construction sites
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
Supervise and manage a team of workers
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
Communicate and collaborate effectively with construction managers, contractors, and other stakeholders
Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports
2D & 3D drawing.
Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in construction supervision, preferably in the furniture or home decor industry
Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
