Aantarika Craftsmen Pvt Ltd, a renowned manufacturer of high-quality furniture and home decor products, is seeking a skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and installation of our products at various project sites.
As a Site Supervisor, you will coordinate the activities of the construction team, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for monitoring site progress, managing material and equipment deliveries, and resolving any on-site issues. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a safe working environment is also a key aspect of this role.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in construction supervision, preferably within the furniture or home decor sector. You should possess strong leadership and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage teams and juggle multiple projects effectively. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities :
  • Supervise and manage daily site operations
  • Track project progress and ensure compliance with timelines and budgets
  • Lead and manage a team of workers
  • Promote and enforce safety standards on-site
  • Communicate effectively with construction managers, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any construction-related issues or conflicts
  • Maintain project documentation, including progress reports
  • Familiarity with 2D & 3D drawing is a plus
Requirements :
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in construction supervision, preferably in the furniture or home decor industry
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage and oversee multiple projects at once
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Thorough knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
